Description
Musical fairytales—from the Charles Perrault classic comes Tchaikovsky's enchanting ballet The Sleeping Beauty (and score to a Disney feature film). Carlos Kalmar conducts the ballet suite, plus Czech composer Josef Suk's Fairy Tale. Also on the program, the Festival is pleased to welcome the return of the sizzling piano duo ZOFO for the world premiere of Carl Vine's tuneful concerto Zofomorphosis.
