All visitors must agree to and abide by all safety rules in order to gain admission to Festival events inside the Jay Pritzker Pavilion.

FACE COVERINGS 

While face masks are no longer required for patrons who are fully vaccinated, they are recommended for those who are not fully vaccinated—unless actively eating or drinking while seated.

FACILITIES

Concessions and restrooms are available on the eastern and western sides of the park. We ask that you use the facilities closest to you and refrain from crossing the center aisle.

REDUCED CONTACT

All staff will wear masks. Seating passes will be contactless, issued in the form of a barcode to be printed at home or displayed on your smartphone. Ushers will scan your seating pass upon entry to the Pavilion. Program books for Festival concerts are available in a digital format. Pre-concert lectures will be available on our YouTube channel.

INCREASED SANITATION

Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the venue for your use. Seats will be sanitized prior to events.

STAY HOME

If you have been exposed to COVID-19, are awaiting results of a COVID test or have experienced symptoms of COVID in the past 48 hours, please stay home. Symptoms include: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea.

SECURITY BAG CHECK

You will be required to pass through a security checkpoint upon entering the Park. Prohibited items include: pets (except for service animals), weapons, metal knives, fireworks, open flames, flags, balloons, tents/staked umbrellas, portable radios. Unauthorized solicitation is prohibited.
